- There are no accounts, forms, comments or cookies.
- I do not sell or share visitor data.
- Visit statistics, when enabled, are aggregated and cookie-free.
Who is responsible
This is a personal website run by André Miranda, who is responsible for the data processing described here under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).
What is collected
Visit statistics
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are read. It uses no cookies and does not identify you: it records the page visited, the referring site, the browser and device type and the approximate country. Your IP address is not stored. The legal basis is legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX) in understanding how the site is used. More details in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Hosting logs
The site keeps no access logs of its own. The hosting provider may log technical request data, such as IP address and browser, to run the service and protect it from abuse, under its own policy.
Theme preference
Your light or dark theme choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to the site. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
External links
The site links to LinkedIn, GitHub, Instagram and other services. Their own privacy policies apply once you open them. None of their content is loaded on this site's pages.
Your rights
The LGPD (art. 18) gives you rights including confirming whether processing happens and accessing, correcting and deleting your data. Since this site keeps no data that identifies you, there will usually be nothing to provide or delete, but you can ask at any time.
Contact
Privacy questions or requests: send a message on LinkedIn.
Changes to this policy
If what the site collects changes, this page will be updated along with the date at the top.
